The role emphasises ongoing PD, a structured development plan, and a nurturing team culture with opportunities for outreach to schools and kinders. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $115,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership.
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Based at the Malvern clinic, seeing children aged 0–12 and their families.
• Full-time preferred, but open to strong part-time candidates.
• No Friday afternoon clients – dedicated time for PD and team development.
• Case conferences after lunch once a week to discuss complex presentations.
