Job summary

Early Start Australia Pty is seeking qualified psychologists to deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy for children aged 0–16. The role involves conducting new client assessments, developing individualised therapy plans, and delivering services across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to funding models, and prioritise privacy and best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience with solution-focused therapy and early intervention.
• Ability to tailor services to individual needs and to engage with children and families.
• Strong report writing, communication, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new client assessments using referrals and questionnaires.
• Deliver client-centred assessment, counselling and therapy across settings.
• Develop and review individualised therapy plans and goals.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals and coordinate with funding bodies.
