Job summary

CC Powersports is seeking a PDI Tech - Accessory Fitter in Albion Park Rail, NSW. This full-time position prepares powersports vehicles for delivery, installing accessories and performing pre-delivery inspections to ensure quality.

The ideal candidate has PDI or accessory fitting experience, strong powersports knowledge, and a commitment to safety and detail. Training opportunities and a pathway to trade qualification may be available for the right person.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a PDI technician, accessory fitter, or similar automotive trades role.
• Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, or related equipment.
• Proficiency in installing aftermarket accessories and performing mechanical inspections.
• Sound understanding of vehicle safety standards and pre-delivery inspection procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Experience with powersports vehicles especially BRP (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections on powersports vehicles (PWC, offroad and on road), identifying and rectifying any defects or issues
• Install aftermarket accessories and customisations on vehicles according to customer specifications and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards and safety requirements
• Maintain detailed records of all PDI work completed, including inspection results and parts fitted
• Communicate effectively with the workshop manager regarding vehicle readiness and any issues discovered during inspection
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area
• Assist with vehicle preparation tasks as required to support efficient dealership operations
• Assist Technicians with servicing and repairs as required.

Job description

CC Powersports is seeking a PDI Tech - Accessory Fitter to join our team in Albion Park Rail, NSW. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in preparing our powersports vehicles for delivery to customers. As a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Tech and Accessory Fitter, you will be responsible for unboxing and building new units, installing accessories, performing inspections, and ensuring every vehicle meets our high standards of quality before it reaches the customer. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. Are you mechanically minded but dont have a trade qualification and want to get started in the Powersports industry? this position with the right person could lead to a trade qualification, either through Tafe or RPL.

Key responsibilities

Perform pre-delivery inspections on powersports vehicles (PWC, offroad and on road), identifying and rectifying any defects or issues

What we’re looking for
