Job summary

Catholic Education Office Diocese of Wollongong – Nowra NSW is seeking a Secondary Teacher to teach PD/H/PE on a temporary full-time basis. The position starts Jan 28, 2027, with a closing date of Oct 11, 2026, 11:55pm. The role supports growth in faith and learning and requires WWCC clearance.

A temporary full time position commencing 28 January 2027. The successful applicant will be required to teach PD/H/PE.

The role of Classroom Teacher exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning so that students may reach their full potential.

• Apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.

• Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents /carers and the wider school community.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Appropriate qualifications for teaching nominatedKey Learning Area (s).

• The applicant must be registered to teach with NESA.

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.
