Qualifications

• NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core, Proficient or Advanced) is required.
• Experience delivering behaviour support and high‑quality plans/reports.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence‑based, personalised Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.
• Support participants with complex needs through PBS.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team valuing clinical excellence and learning.
