Job summary

ORS is seeking a PBS clinician to join our national team, delivering Positive Behaviour Support to NDIS participants aged 0-65 across early intervention to adults. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and implement strategies to improve quality of life and reduce restrictive practices.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant degree(s) in psychology, counselling or allied health fields and be registered where applicable.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and NDDS/NDIS settings is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse client groups including children and adults with autism spectrum and intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and observe participants’ challenging behaviours and develop replacement behaviours.
• Collaborate with allied health practitioners, family and support workers to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and implement PBS plans with training, follow-up and regular reviews.
