Job summary

Framework Search & Select is seeking a PBS Practitioner for a remote-based role across NSW with flexible hours. You will deliver positive behaviour support assessments, plans and evidence-based interventions to a diverse client base, aligned with NDIS standards.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant tertiary qualification, be fully registered, and have at least 6 months of PBS experience. The organisation supports supervision, training, and career development within a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Developmental Education, Behavioural Science or similar.
• Full registration with the relevant membership body (AHPRA, DEAI, AASW, ACA/PACFA etc.).
• Registered PBS Practitioner with NDIS.
• At least 6 months experience working as a PBS Practitioner within NDIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive behaviour support assessments & plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions & assessments, behavioural counselling & support to a range of clients.
• Provide functional, behavioural, psychometric & vocational assessments.
• Achieve client defined clinical outcomes such as reducing challenging behaviour & improving quality of life.

They are a true multidisciplinary service provider, delivering a range of services such as PBS, Developmental Education, Support Coordination, Employment Support, Counselling & more. Due to continued strong organisational growth they are now seeking a PBS Practitioner to join their experienced team.
