Job summary

Green by Nature, Australia’s largest landscaping and sports turf business, seeks a Payroll Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end payroll transformation across Australia and New Zealand. You will guide a team of payroll leaders and officers, focusing on transformation, compliance and service delivery rather than hands-on processing.

You will own the transformation roadmap, lead system changes, ensure HRIS alignment, and maintain reporting on payroll tax and liabilities, all while sustaining

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ payroll experience with transformation or implementation leadership.
• UKG experience is essential (2+ years) in a dispersed workforce setting.
• Strong governance, compliance and control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the payroll transformation roadmap, priorities and milestones, with a focus on compliance.
• Lead payroll system, process and control changes for the enterprise workforce solution.
• Align payroll and HRIS requirements across design, data, integrations and testing.
