Job summary

WorkCover Queensland in Brisbane CBD is seeking a payroll professional to join our busy payroll team. You will support payroll across the employee lifecycle, manage enquiries and process transactions for starters, transfers and leave.

You’ll maintain employee and position records, assist with reporting, system administration and continuous improvement initiatives. We value collaboration, accountability and helping each other succeed in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• You have experience in payroll support, payroll administration or time and attendance, along with exposure to HRIS and payroll systems.
• Knowledge of position management, Enterprise Agreements and awards will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver payroll support and administration across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage payroll enquiries and process transactions for starters, transfers and leave.
• Maintain employee and position records and support payroll processing activities.
• Contribute to reporting, system administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to deliver service excellence and support across the organisation.
