HammondCare in NSW Sydney—St Leonards location—is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a fixed-term 12-month contract with hybrid working. You will support fortnightly payroll, maintain records, and ensure compliance across Awards, PAYG and superannuation.

The role requires at least two years' Australian payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work across multi-site operations. ERP systems include Workday/UKG and Chris21/iChris.

Qualifications

• Two years Australian payroll experience with end-to-end knowledge.
• Experience with payroll systems and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and handle changes, leave, deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Awards, PAYG, superannuation.
• Troubleshoot payroll systems and support managers.
