Mastermyne Group in Mackay is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our head office team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will deliver accurate, timely payroll services across Queensland and NSW and manage pay runs weekly and fortnightly.

This permanent full-time role requires high-volume administration, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with HR/IR and Finance in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start sought.

Qualifications

• High volume administration experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of weekly and fortnightly pay runs.
• Ensure payroll obligations meet policies, awards and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with HR/IR and Finance across multiple contracts and sites.
• Maintain confidentiality and neutrality when handling sensitive data.
