Adecco Portugal is seeking a Payroll Officer for a 3-month casual assignment based in North Ryde, NSW. The role offers an hourly rate of $45-$48 and an immediate start.

You will report to the Payroll Services Manager and process payroll for a large workforce, interpret awards and enterprise agreements, and ensure data accuracy and compliance across weekly/fortnightly cycles. Kronos experience is highly desirable and SAP Payroll exposure is valued.

Competenze

• 2–5 years' payroll experience in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience with awards and enterprise agreements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Kronos experience is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP Payroll is highly regarded.

Mansioni

• Process weekly and/or fortnightly payrolls.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and data integrity.
• Interpret awards, enterprise agreements and payroll legislation.
• Manage payroll queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain employee records and payroll documentation.
• Support payroll projects and process improvements.
• Assist with compliance requirements, including payroll reporting obligations.
