Qualificações

• At least 5 years’ payroll experience in a large organisation.
• Experience with payroll legislation, taxation, superannuation, termination and leave requirements.
• Interpret awards and enterprise agreements to ensure compliant payroll outcomes.
• Experience with Dayforce or similar payroll/time systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and Excel capability.

• Deliver accurate and timely payroll outcomes that support employees and meet business obligations.
• Resolve complex payroll, timesheet and leave issues to create reliable employee experiences.
• Ensure payroll activity aligns with legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and TAL policies.
• Strengthen payroll controls by identifying risks, resolving errors and supporting improvements.
• Improve payroll processes by simplifying ways of working and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Support robust reporting across fortnightly, monthly and annual payroll cycles.
