Job summary

ELMO Software is seeking a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our Services team and deliver customer implementations. You’ll work closely with clients to understand requirements, configure Payroll & Rostering Time and Attendance, and guide them through deployment of ELMO solutions.

You’ll build trusted relationships, manage multiple projects, and help customers maximise value from our HR tech. A strong background in Rostering Time and Attendance and familiarity with Australian awards are

Qualifications

Experience in implementation, consulting or systems-focused roles.
Strong knowledge of Rostering and Time & Attendance, especially Australian awards.
Payroll knowledge is desirable.
Ability to translate customer needs into system configurations.

Responsibilities

Configure ELMO Payroll & Rostering Time and Attendance per requirements and timelines.
Lead day-to-day customer engagement and implementation activities.
Manage multiple projects, keeping delivery on track and deadlines.
Apply payroll and rostering knowledge to deliver practical solutions.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with internal teams.
Maintain implementation records and up-to-date documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve functionality and customer experience.
Support quality delivery of HR, Rostering Time and Attendance and payroll solutions.
