NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking a Payroll Production Service Officer for a hybrid role across Parramatta, Orange and Goulburn. The position involves pre, live and post payroll processing, error resolution and continuous improvement to ensure accurate payroll and timely entitlements.
In-office presence is 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to align to workplace policies. The role requires demonstrated payroll experience in complex environments, strong interpretation of legislation

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in:
Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at 102,936 base plus superannuation
