Job summary

The Boeing Company in Brisbane is seeking a Payroll Officer to support our centralized payroll function and perform end-to-end payroll processing using Aurion and PeopleSoft. This role is based in Brisbane with a hybrid work model.

We require 2+ years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team. Australian citizenship is required. Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hands-on payroll experience.
• Desirable: experience with Aurion and PeopleSoft.
• Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Australian Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Maintaining payroll records and employee data.
• Processing leave, payroll records and employee data.
• Responding to payroll enquiries both written and verbal.
• Preparing payroll reports and maintaining payroll documentation.
• EOFY payroll process experience is desirable.
