Job summary

Network Plus Group is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead the payroll function, overseeing processes across multiple payrolls and ensuring accuracy and on-time payments. The role partners with HR and Finance to improve systems and reporting.

You will supervise Payroll Supervisors and team members, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and tax regulations while supporting the Head of Payroll and Projects. Hybrid working in Worsley is available.

Qualifications

• Payroll supervisory/managerial experience in multi-payroll environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processes and supervise payroll clerks and supervisors.
• Manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll processing for 5,000+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accurate payroll records.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate payroll activities with HR, Finance and external agencies.
