Job summary

Clayfield College in Brisbane is seeking a Payroll and HR Officer to manage the College's payroll and people administration. You will independently administer fortnightly payroll, maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will support recruitment, onboarding, contracts and performance data, while upholding confidentiality and delivering accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll administration experience.
• Knowledge of PMSA Enterprise Agreement and employment conditions.
• High accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with HR/payroll systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Independently administer and process the College's fortnightly payroll and employee entitlements.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legislative, taxation, superannuation and reporting requirements.
• Support recruitment administration, onboarding and employment documentation.
