Job summary

Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace in Canberra seeks a Payroll & HR Advisor to own day-to-day payroll coordination, working with employees, Finance, HR and our outsourced provider to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivered on time. You will also provide HR administration, onboarding and workforce reporting to support the CFO and broader business.

Mandatory ITAR access and Australian security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll experience and ability to coordinate payroll end-to-end.
• Experience with accounting or payroll software and systems.
• Strong Excel and Office 365 skills for workforce reporting.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll with outsourced provider.
• Act as main payroll contact for employees and queries.
• Manage payroll inputs, superannuation, entitlements and compliance.
• Support HR, recruitment, onboarding, training administration.
• Provide workforce reporting and data for CFO and planning.
