Job summary

Ramsay is seeking a Payroll Enterprise Agreement Lead to ensure our payroll environment stays compliant and ready as EA clauses evolve. You will translate complex industrial instruments into payroll solutions and partner with IR, Workforce Planning and Systems to deliver accurate payments.

You’ll review EA clauses, assess impacts, lead payroll readiness projects and engage stakeholders to shape how payroll responds to change across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a complex payroll environment.
• Experience interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements.
• Understanding of payroll systems and configurations.
• Experience reviewing industrial instruments and assessing their impacts.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in payroll governance and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review proposed EA clauses and assess payroll/operational impacts.
• Translate EA requirements into practical payroll solutions.
• Partner with Systems on configuration, testing and implementation.
• Identify workload, resourcing and timing impacts for Payroll.
• Provide expert payroll advice throughout EA negotiations and implementation.
• Lead projects that improve payroll readiness and delivery.
• Build relationships across Payroll, IR, Workforce Planning and Systems.
