Job summary

WorkPac Group in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our payroll team. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, review timesheets, maintain records, and handle payroll inquiries.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role rooted in accuracy and teamwork. You will apply your three-plus years of payroll experience, Excel skills, and knowledge of ETPs to ensure on-time payments and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of end-to-end payroll experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of termination payments (ETPs).
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end daily payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Reviewing timesheets and payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintaining payroll records, updating employee information and responding to payroll enquiries.
• Administering novated lease arrangements.
• Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies promptly.

What does a day as a Payroll Coordinator look like?
