Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Advisor to support weekly payroll operations for a large project workforce. The role requires flexibility to work across project locations, with initial duties based at St Marys and potential to transition to other sites.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, ensure accurate hours, overtime, allowances and leave, and collaborate with Time & Attendance teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience handling end-to-end payroll processes.
• Proficient with Kronos or similar Time & Attendance systems.
• Strong Excel, data reconciliation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume weekly payroll.
• Validate timesheet data and ensure accurate pay.
• Apply Enterprise Agreements and Awards to payroll.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and respond to queries.
• Support payroll reporting, audits and system updates.
