Job summary

The Retail Liquor Specialists Group is seeking a Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll for 70+ employees and related entitlements. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will also assist with accounts/administration duties.

Required: 3+ years payroll experience, knowledge of the General Retail Industry Award 2020, proficient in MYOB and rostering systems, and a high level of accuracy. Apply with cover letter and resume by Friday 23 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in payroll for 40-50+ employees.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end payroll and Retail Industry Award 2020.
• Demonstrated experience with MYOB and rostering systems.
• High level of accuracy, strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate processing and finalisation of weekly payroll.
• Generate employee reports such as leave balances.
• Process accounts/administration transactions.
• Perform ad hoc administrative and finance duties as required.

Job description

• Generation of employee reports e.g. leave
• Processing accounts/administration transactions
• Other ad hoc administrative and finance duties, as required
