Job summary

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will work with finance and operations to deliver accurate data and ensure smooth day-to-day transactional activities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and awards.
• Experience with Micropay payroll system.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial reporting and data in line with Group reporting deadlines.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for JFD Australia and shared service entities.
• Process and reconcile payroll, accounts payable, banking and general ledger records.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, month-end journals and bank reconciliations.
• Process and reconcile freight, customs, insurance-related invoices as required.
• Support month end, half-year and year-end reporting and audits.
• Ensure compliance with Group finance policies and internal controls.
