City Fertility Centre in Sydney seeks a Patient Services Administrator to support patients through one of the most significant journeys of their lives. You are the first point of contact, providing empathetic, clear information and helping patients with appointments, registration, and billing processes.

Based at Circular Quay, you will join a warm, collaborative team committed to privacy, quality care, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Year 12 qualification and eligible to work in Australia.
• At least 12 months office admin or reception experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn practice management software.
• Strong communication, organisation, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-point-of-contact service to patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient pathways for a seamless experience.
• Prepare accurate fee estimates and manage billing in line with Medicare guidelines.
• Maintain patient records and data entry with privacy in mind.
• Support banking, invoicing and debt collection processes with attention to detail.
• Assist with audits, accreditation reporting and compliance activities.
• Liaise with clinicians, suppliers and external partners to support operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and policy reviews.
