You will deliver high-quality administrative services, process claims, and maintain confidential records, while working closely with regional teams to ensure consistent, patient-centered service delivery.

• Assess and process PATS claims accurately and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality customer service and specialist advice to patients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records within the Salesforce PATS Portal.
• Work collaboratively with regional and metropolitan PATS teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
