Qualifications

• Certificate III in Business Administration or willingness to undertake
• Current Victorian Driver's License
• Current Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• Satisfactory Criminal History Check
• Satisfactory drug and alcohol screening
• Previous experience in a medical or customer service role is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records with accuracy.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Transport patients to and from appointments safely and comfortably.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
