Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education Office is seeking a Middle Leader at St Eugene College Burpengary to drive curriculum development and ensure alignment with national and state standards. You will lead curriculum design, oversee assessment, and mentor staff to enhance learning outcomes across Prep to Year 12.

You will work with Senior Leadership and Curriculum Leaders to implement strategic initiatives, manage resources, and contribute to a culture of professional learning and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Developed work programs aligned with national, state, and local requirements.
• Drive the assessment and moderation process when developing new programs.
• Lead and innovate within a specified curriculum area.
• Foster collaboration and transparency with stakeholders.
• Manage a financial budget for the curriculum area.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development across the school under Senior Leadership.
• Apply learning research to classroom practice through whole-school PD.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Leaders and staff to review frameworks and plan directions.
• Lead teacher performance through professional dialogue and appraisal.
• Stay current with pedagogy developments and guide school-wide professional learning.
