St Vincent’s Pathology is seeking a proactive Pathology Billing Team Leader to oversee end to end billing operations and drive team performance in Melbourne. You will manage billing enquiries, coordinate reports, and oversee monthly close processes within the Pathology Management section.
The role focuses on accuracy, end-to-end revenue processes, and continuous process improvement, with a fixed-term full-time arrangement and opportunities to contribute to a supportive team.

St Vincent’s Pathology is a not not-for-profit Pathology Service providing a broad range of Pathology services to a number of teaching hospitals, private hospitals, specialists and general practitioners around Melbourne. The Billing Team operates within the Pathology Management section and comprises 7 FTE. It is responsible for all invoicing, payment receipts and debt recovery associated with pathology testing.
