Job summary

11 Recruitment, on behalf of our client, invites applications for a qualified accountant aiming for a Finance Manager role in a manufacturing business. The role starts hands-on, expanding to month-end reporting and management accounting.

You will run payroll end-to-end, manage accounts receivable/payable, contribute to product costing, and support projects such as B Corp certification. Travel between Sydney and Perth is required, with no direct reports at the start.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
• 5+ years of post-degree experience with at least 2 years in relevant roles.
• Experience in manufacturing settings and costing concepts.
• ERP experience: Infor LN or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Run the payroll end to end, including taxes and superannuation.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and monthly BAS/payroll tax returns.
• Execute month-end processes including journals, reconciliations and internal reports.
• Support product costing and internal management reporting.
• Assist with projects including B Corp certification and the setup of finance for the new WA facility; travel Sydney–Perth.
