• Maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards in all processes.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitation tasks as part of daily duties.
• Work weekends (Tuesday to Saturday) starting at 5am.

Job description

Ideally you will be an experienced cake decorator & pastrycook who is well organised and sets high standards for your work.

We expect you to value hygiene and sanitation as a priority and there will be an expectation that you help in our cleaning processes.

This role includes weekend work, Tuesday to Saturday 5am
