Job summary

Merici College, an authorised IB World School, is seeking a Pastoral and Transition Coordinator to lead wellbeing and transition programs for students and families. The role requires collaborative leadership with staff, feeder schools, and community partners to foster a connected college community.

The successful applicant will mentor student leaders, coordinate transition initiatives, and contribute to inclusive practices aligned with our mission and the IB framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching are required.
• WWVP registration (ACT Working with Vulnerable People) is required.
• ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition initiatives to support students and families through College life.
• Collaborate with staff, students, families, feeder schools and external partners.
• Mentor student leaders and contribute to a positive, inclusive school community.
