Job summary

Agri Labour Australia is seeking an experienced Pasteuriser Forklift Operator for an almond processing operation in Carwarp, VIC. This hands-on role combines forklift driving, truck loading and fixed plant duties in a busy, safety-focused production environment.

The position offers full training on pasteurising and plant processes, a long-term 12-month assignment with potential for ongoing work for the right candidate, and approximately 40 hours per week with penalty rates available.

Qualifications

• Current forklift licence required.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Willingness to learn new machinery and processing procedures.
• Reliable and flexible to work varied hours up to six days per week.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently across the facility.
• Load and unload trucks and move product as required.
• Operate fixed plant and pasteurising machinery.
• Monitor equipment and processing operations.
• Complete manual handling tasks and maintain clean work areas.
• Follow workplace health, safety and operational procedures.
