Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrative or parts-related role.
• Background in agriculture is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to self-manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Spare Parts Sales: Manage quoting, invoicing, and payment processing for parts orders.
• Customer Support: Assist clients and dealers with spare parts enquiries via phone and email.
• Technical Support: Use manuals and assembly drawings to help identify the correct parts for orders.
• Systems Management: Maintain accurate customer and inventory data.
• Logistics & Warehouse Support: Picking parts, coordinating shipping and reconciling freight.
• Warranty & Returns: Administer workflows for supplier returns and warranty invoicing.
• General Administration: Manage reception, visitor greetings, and provide support to the team.
