The Brown and Hurley Group in Tamworth is seeking a parts interpreter to sell parts, source items for the service team and manage stock control. You will handle administration and parts duties while delivering excellent customer service to workshop and retail customers.

Ideal candidates have spare parts experience, knowledge of truck parts, and strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills. A forklift licence and automotive sales qualification are desirable.

Responsabilités

• Providing exceptional customer service and sell parts to customers.
• Identify make, model and variation to source parts.
• Develop understanding of parts inventory to upsell.
• Source required parts and arrange dispatch.
• Process payments and prepare invoices.

The Brown and Hurley Group are growing fast and want you to be part of our team in Tamworth. In this role, you will interpret and sell parts to customers, source parts for the service team and undertake stock take, administration and other parts duties

About you:

• Previous spare parts experience
• Knowledge of truck parts
• Customer-focused, sales driven, excellent communicator, team player, problem-solver, good organisational and computer skills
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Automotive sales qualification (desirable)
• Kenworth or DAF parts knowledge (desirable)

What you’ll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and sell parts to customers
• Ensure customer and workshop parts needs are met by correctly identifying the make, model and variation of the vehicle they’re requesting parts for
• Develop an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make more purchases
• Source required parts and arrange dispatch
• Process payments and prepare invoices
