Job summary

Lancaster Motor Group invites applications for a Parts Interpreter - Traineeship at our Singleton dealership. Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, you will assist walk-in customers with Parts and 4x4 Accessory enquiries, and support stock ordering and warehouse management.

You'll work closely with our Service team to identify and supply the correct parts, while delivering exceptional customer service in a friendly, team-focused environment.

We are seeking applications of our Parts Interpreter - Traineeship to join our supportive team at Lancaster Motor Group.

What you\'ll be doing

Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, this role will involve:

Assistaing walk-in customers with all Parts and 4x4 Accessory enquires.

Answering and assisting with retail and trade phone enquires.

Assisting in stock ordering and wearhouse management

Working closely with our Service team to identify and supply the correct parts, ensuring productivity and efficiency

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner

A passion for all things Automotive is a must!

Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual

Great team player; ability to work in a team environment

Able to take instructions

Current NSW Driver's License
