Job summary

Peter Warren Automotive Holdings is seeking a Parts Interpreter at Warwick Farm NSW. This role sits at the heart of NSW's largest parts hub, supplying parts across multiple brands and sites.

You will interpret parts, support internal requests and trade accounts, work with service teams, manage orders, and maintain stock levels in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts interpreter, parts adviser, or similar automotive role, or a strong interest in vehicles and a drive to develop the skills from scratch.
• Comfort using parts catalogues and dealer management systems, or a readiness to learn these tools with guidance from a knowledgeable, established team.
• A customer-focused approach that keeps internal and external stakeholders informed and confident.
• Strong attention to detail, because accuracy in a multi-brand hub environment directly affects workshops across the whole NSW network.
• A collaborative communication style that colleagues and site teams across multiple locations can depend on.
• Pentana / ERA experience is favourably considered.

Responsibilities

• Support internal site requests and trade accounts, giving you exposure to a scale of operation across multiple sites.
• Work closely with service and workshop teams across locations, building relationships and a reputation beyond a single site.
• Process and manage parts orders accurately, taking direct ownership over outcomes that keep workshops running on time.
• Maintain stock levels and inventory discipline in a high-volume, multi-brand environment.

Based at Warwick Farm, this Parts Interpreter position sits at the heart of Peter Warren Automotive's largest parts hub in NSW, a central operation that supplies multiple brands and supports sites right across the state.

In this role you will:

• Interpret and supply the correct parts across a broad range of vehicle makes and models, with your knowledge expanding consistently given the sheer variety of brands moving through the hub
• Support internal site requests and trade accounts, giving you exposure to a scale of operation few parts roles can match
• Work closely with service and workshop teams across multiple locations, building relationships and a reputation that reaches well beyond one site
• Process and manage parts orders accurately, taking direct ownership over outcomes that keep multiple workshops running on time
• Maintain stock levels and inventory discipline, skills that become second nature in a high-volume, multi-brand environment like this one
