Cars24, Australia's largest online car dealership, is seeking a full-time Automotive Parts Interpreter for the Sydney NSW workshop, Monday to Friday with no weekend work. You will be the link between our mechanics and the parts they need: identifying and sourcing the right part first time, managing stock so the workshop never waits, and keeping the paperwork and systems behind it clean.

The role spans part ordering, inventory management and workshop administration support, so no two days look

Qualifications

• A solid understanding of automotive parts across makes and models, ideally from a dealership, parts retail or workshop background.
• Hands-on experience with stock management principles and parts or inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail: the right part, the right price, the right repair order, every time.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with mechanics, suppliers and management.
• Confidence with computers and workshop or inventory software.
• The organisation to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines without letting anything slip.
• A full, valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• All roles at Cars24 are subject to a police check to maintain our standards of integrity and safety.

• Order parts against open repair orders and track them to delivery, chasing anything that risks holding up a car.
• Run inventory management: stock levels, storage, stocktakes and returns of incorrect or unused parts for credit.
• Build strong working relationships with suppliers on price, availability and turnaround.
• Support workshop administration: repair order housekeeping, invoicing, receipting and system accuracy.

About the Role
