Job summary

Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. in Mackay is seeking a Parts Exchange Coordinator to provide efficient parts advice, dispatch and admin support to the division and customers.

You will manage the core return process, arrange parts, raise orders, maintain repairs status, quote components and handle invoicing and data entry with high accuracy and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly customer service focused to be able to negotiate positive outcomes and build relationships and trust.
