Job summary

Federal Hospitality Equipment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced parts advisor to join our aftersales team at our Moorebank NSW head office. You will process spare parts orders in SAP, keep customers updated on status, and liaise with suppliers to track outstanding items.

Looking for a change into the commercial kitchen equipment industry, or are you already knowledgable in the industry already?

We are a leading importer, distributor and repairer of commercial kitchen equipment with branches in Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland. Our head office issituated inMoorebank Logistics Park (South Western Sydney). Home to our showroom, serviceworkshop and the national distribution warehouse.

Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will be given training and development that will allow you to take ownership ofthis position. We are looking for an experienced parts advisor to join our aftersales team.

Duties of the role include:

• Receiving and processing spare parts orders using SAP.
• Following up with suppliers on any outstanding orders.
• Working closely with customers to track and update them on order status.
• Following up with customers with outstanding orders.
• Monthly Stock reviews..
