Job summary

RSPCA Australia is seeking a Partnerships Marketing Officer to support national partner engagement and contribute to marketing activities. You will work closely with the National Partnerships Manager to assess opportunities and coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders.

The role offers flexibility in location (Canberra or Sydney preferred), is full-time (38 hours per week), and ongoing, with a salary in the range of AUD 86,157 to AUD 93,783 excluding super.

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Fundraising.
• Experience managing corporate supporters and brand partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRMs, MS Office and project tools.

About the Role

The Partnerships Marketing Officer will support and contribute to the implementation of RSPCA Australia’s marketing engagement activities with national partners. The role will work closely with the National Partnerships Manager in assessing partnership opportunities and providing excellent relationship stewardship for RSPCA corporate partners. Facilitates and co-ordinates designated national marketing projects for national partners by managing internal and external stakeholders.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing and/or Fundraising is essential.
• Demonstrated experience managing corporate supporters and marketing/brand-related partnership contracts.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in ICT platforms such as CRMs, Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Self-motivated, with strong initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
• Alignment with RSPCA values and mission.
