Job description

Role: Partnerships Coordinator
Location: Melbourne, AU - Toorak
Work arrangement: Office-based, Full-Time
Compensation: AUD $75,000 – $85,000 + Superannuation

You’ll join a fast-growing international fintech that provides flexible funding solutions for SMEs. Originally launched in Australia, the business now operates across APAC and Europe and has funded more than $5B in loans.

What You'll Do
  • You’ll run assigned partnerships workstreams from brief through execution and follow-up, keeping deadlines, deliverables and stakeholders on track.
  • You’ll coordinate partner campaigns, quarterly rewards and broker incentives, including communications, eligibility tracking, fulfilment and reconciliation.
  • You’ll manage the weekly LOC ISO drawdown cycle — opt-ins, reminders, partner and contact settings, tracking, and related inbox queries - so nothing slips.
  • You’ll own partnership gifting rollout, including first-funded-deal gifting, supplier coordination and partner communications.
  • You’ll keep the partnerships event calendar moving, coordinating registrations, collateral, attendee lists, logistics, communications and post-event follow-up.
  • You’ll support partner onboarding and recurring updates, maintain accurate CRM and tracker data, monitor partner activity and lead quality, and spot practical process improvements.
Who We're Looking For

You’ll likely suit this role if you’re a hands‑on coordinator who likes owning delivery, keeping details straight, and following things through properly.

Must-Haves:
  • Experience in a coordination, marketing, events or partnerships-support role where you’ve owned activity from brief to follow-up.
  • Solid coordinator-level experience: you can work autonomously once priorities are clear, solve routine issues yourself, and know when to elevate something commercially or relationship-sensitive.
  • Strong project coordination and organisation, with the ability to manage weekly cycles, multiple live workstreams and competing deadlines.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Excel to keep tracking, contact data, eligibility and fulfilment accurate and up to date.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to deal directly with external partners and internal teams.
Nice-To-Haves:
  • Experience in financial services or another fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers or vendors for gifting, merchandise or event logistics.
  • Broader Microsoft Office proficiency beyond day-to-day Excel use.
