Job summary

Victorian Government is seeking a proactive Community Partner Contract Advisor to manage relationships with organisations delivering Thriving Kids services across Victoria. The role ensures providers meet requirements and performance expectations while coordinating contract and performance reviews across multiple sites.

You will monitor performance, identify risks, provide clear reports, and connect providers with Department teams.

Qualifications

Experience in contract, performance, commissioning, grants management or a related field.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with community organisations and colleagues.
Sound judgement to identify, assess and respond to risks and emerging concerns.
Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day contractual relationships with commissioned community partner organisations.
Monitor provider performance, reporting and compliance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate contract and performance reviews, including follow-up of actions and contract administration.
Provide clear advice, briefings and reports on provider performance and emerging issues.
Connect providers with relevant Department teams and stakeholders when needed.
Contribute to contract establishment, variations and commissioning activities.
