Deakin University is seeking a part-time Coordinator, Work Integrated Learning to deliver WIL placements and employability initiatives for students in a collaborative, stakeholder-focused role.
You will build partnerships with industry and academics, provide practical WIL guidance, and coordinate activities to ensure high-quality student outcomes while aligning with university policies.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experiences and employability initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for students.
As the Coordinator, Work Integrated Learning, you will coordinate and implement a range of WIL programs and graduate employment activities, including internships, placements, career mentoring and career events for students. Working closely with students, industry partners and academics, you will help establish and maintain sustainable partnerships that provide valuable real-world learning opportunities while ensuring programs are delivered effectively and in line with University requirements.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes and finding practical solutions to complex challenges. You'll work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to initiatives that enhance the student experience and strengthen industry engagement.
