Qualifications

• Registered Architect with recognition in Australia.
• 10-15+ years industry experience.
• Proven experience delivering projects through all stages.
• Strong commercial and multi-residential or government project exposure.
• Demonstrated leadership of project teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and construction administration.
• financially and commercially aware of the local market.
• Proven experience mentoring and developing emerging junior architects.
• Seeking a long-term, sustainable leadership opportunity with ownership potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across projects, people and business operations.
• Mentor and develop Architects, Graduates and technical staff.
• Strengthen key client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee project performance, resourcing, profitability and delivery standards.
• Drive quality assurance and risk management across the practice.
• Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Support business development and identify opportunities for repeat and new work.
• Collaborate with directors to shape future direction and succession planning.
