Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer to support a large Federal Government agency across multiple NSW locations. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with an ASAP start and a 12-month+ contract through to December 31, 2027.

Locations include Bega, Coffs Harbour, Katoomba, Windsor, Parramatta, Penrith, Tamworth, Tweed Heads and Wollongong. Applicants must be able to work from their nominated office and meet pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, service delivery or administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy and professionalism handling sensitive conversations.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and in person.
• Explain processes clearly and respond to general enquiries.
• Assist customers with understanding requirements and maintaining records.
• Handle confidential information with care and follow procedures.
• Use internal systems to process requests and update records.
