• Provide administrative support to Theatre Reception, Ward Clerks, Admissions, and Recovery/SurgiNet Superuser.
• Make timely appointments and share discharge information with patients and GPs where relevant.
• Prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
• Maintain clinical files per policies on pre-admissions, discharge, and admissions.
• Screen and prioritise telephone calls and enquiries.
