Job summary

Adidas is opening a brand new Factory Outlet in Salisbury, Adelaide, and we are seeking an Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor to join on a PART-TIME basis.

As a key leader on the floor, you will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences, coach the team, and ensure stock-to-floor flow with strong visual merchandising standards while living Adidas values.

Qualifications

• Permanent legal rights to work in Australia
• Experience as a Retail Team Leader or supervisor
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to train and coach staff

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve store targets
• Maintain exceptional consumer experience and active selling environment
• Lead and inspire store team to meet commercial goals
• Represent Adidas brand values and products compellingly
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards and stock replenishment
• Coordinate inventory processes and stock-to-floor flow
• Share best practices to drive team performance
