adidas today opened a brand new Factory Outlet in Salisbury, Adelaide, inviting an enthusiastic Advanced Retail Professional to join on a PART-TIME basis as a Sales Floor Supervisor. You will help open the store, support management, and drive a strong customer experience within an adidas concept store.

You'll lead a small team, train staff, uphold service standards, and contribute to achieving targets while representing adidas values and benefiting from employee discounts and career development

Qualifications

• Permanent legal right to work in Australia (or New Zealand).
• Pre-employment credit and criminal history check may be required.
• Experience as a Retail Team Leader in fashion or sports footwear is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store/Assistant Manager to meet store targets and deliver exceptional consumer experience.
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve commercial goals and maintain selling standards.
• Represent adidas brand values and product knowledge to customers.
• Support stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain floor readiness.
• Coach team members to improve service skills and product knowledge.
