Job summary

Snooze Rutherford in Canterbury, NSW, is hiring part-time and casual Sales Consultants to support a new store opening in early October 2026. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and deliver sleep solutions with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; a good memory for information and a superb attitude are valued. You will work a rotating weekend roster, with onsite parking and an incentive program.

• Sales experience preferred, with a good memory for information and a superb attitude.
• Confident verbal communication and engaging with customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are valued at Snooze.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and adapt to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Build rapport with customers in a genuine way.
• Merchandise bedrooms, lift stock, keep the store clean, learn and operate computers, and walk the floor.
